Purpose 

CaverBeth, LLC ("CaverBeth," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our employees, contractors, and authorized users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when a device is enrolled in our Microsoft Intune device management platform and accessed through the Company Portal application. 

Information We Collect 

When a device is enrolled in Microsoft Intune, CaverBeth may collect information necessary to manage and secure access to company resources, including: 

• User name and company email address 
• Device name and identification information 
• Device manufacturer and model 
• Operating system and version 
• Device compliance status 
• Security-related information such as encryption status and password compliance 
• Corporate applications installed through Intune 
• Device ownership status (corporate-owned or personally owned) 

Information We Do Not Collect 

CaverBeth respects your privacy and does not use Microsoft Intune to collect personal content from your device, including: 

• Personal emails 
• Personal text messages 
• Call history 
• Photos, videos, or personal files 
• Web browsing history 
• Personal application data unrelated to company-managed applications 
• Location information, except where explicitly required by applicable security policies and allowed by law 

How We Use Information 

The information collected through Intune is used to: 

• Protect company data and systems 
• Ensure compliance with security policies 
• Manage access to company resources 
• Deploy and update business applications 
• Troubleshoot technical issues 
• Respond to security incidents and threats 

Protection of Company Data 

To safeguard business information, CaverBeth may enforce security policies on enrolled devices, including: 

• Requiring device passwords or PINs 
• Enabling device encryption 
• Restricting access from non-compliant devices 
• Removing company data from devices when employment ends or access is no longer authorized 

Personal Devices (BYOD) 

If you enroll a personally owned device, CaverBeth will only manage corporate data and applications to the extent permitted by Microsoft Intune capabilities and organizational policies. When access is removed, CaverBeth may selectively remove company-managed applications and organizational data without affecting your personal content. 

Data Sharing 

Information collected through Intune is used solely for legitimate business and security purposes. CaverBeth does not sell personal information and will only share information when: 

• Required by law or legal process 
• Necessary to protect company assets and systems 
• Required by authorized service providers supporting our IT operations 

Data Security 

CaverBeth implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 

Changes to This Policy 

CaverBeth may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated through appropriate company channels.
